Courtroom Testimony- Expert Witness Class

The Courtroom Testimony-Expert Witness class is designed to teach the student about testifying in court, especially as an expert witness. The course will cover tactics used by attorneys in a courtroom. The course will explain what an expert witness is and the advantages of being an expert witness. During the class the student will write a resume or experience document.

The Courtroom Testimony-Expert Witness is designed as a one or two day class. The two day class involves mock courtroom testimony, in which the students will be assigned to different roles, such as police officer, prosecutor and defense attorney.
